“This is a look into my childhood fears. The fear of the circus and the creepy witch in the closet. Most have experienced some kind of imaginary monster in the closet growing up. Or maybe they were not imaginary! This 17”L x 7”W x 8.25”H Diorama was hand made. The witch, boy and flooring was made from Apoxie Sculpt, the walls were painstakingly assembled with wood. foam core and heavy cardboard sheets. The wall paper was printed, torn and painted for effect. The posters were designed by me and placed on separately. The closet has a lighting effect to give it that creep glow. All of which was hand painted with acrylic and airbrush paints. I can go on forever with the details. I put my heart and fears into this project. I hope you like it.
